Colin · AI communication hub agent

One AI communication hub for every job.
Nothing waits without an owner.

Colin is the AI communication agent for project teams. He brings project email, WhatsApp and text into one inbox per job, files every message to the RFI, submittal or change it is about, tracks each question to an answer, writes meeting minutes with action items and sends new drawings to the trades they affect. Your team approves what goes out.

FAQ

Getting started

Who can use Colin today?

Colin is available to the US founding cohort. We keep the group small so each team gets hands-on setup and a direct line to the product team.

How does onboarding work?

We set a date and set Colin up with you on one live job: your project mailbox, your RFI and submittal logs and your site group chat.

What does Colin cost?

Colin is not part of the published plans yet. Founding-cohort terms are agreed with each team, and pricing is on request.

How it works

Does Colin work with Outlook and Gmail?

Yes. Connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Colin links each message and attachment to its job and item, and your mail stays in your mailbox.

Can crews keep using WhatsApp and text?

Yes. Add Colin to the site thread and crews keep messaging as they do today. Messages in Spanish are translated, with the original kept for the record.

Does Colin send messages on his own?

No. Colin drafts replies, reminders and minutes. A person on your team approves anything that goes outside your company.

Does Colin replace Procore or our document control?

No. Colin reads and files the conversations around your RFIs and submittals and works alongside the system where you keep them.

Is our project data used to train AI models?

No. Your documents stay yours: US data residency, tenant isolation, encryption at rest and in transit, and no training on customer data. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress.
