FAQ

Getting started

Who can use Fina today?

Fina is available to the US founding cohort. We keep the group small so each team gets hands-on setup and a direct line to the product team.

How does onboarding work?

We set a date and set Fina up with you on one live job: your budget, schedule of values, open invoices and a month of bank activity.

What does Fina cost?

Fina is not part of the published plans yet. Founding-cohort terms are agreed with each team, and pricing is on request.

How it works

Does Fina work with QuickBooks and Sage?

Yes. Fina syncs jobs, vendors, invoices and bills with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 300 CRE and Sage Intacct. Your accounting system stays the book of record, and nothing is retyped.

Does Fina approve or pay invoices on its own?

No. Fina captures, matches and routes invoices and drafts pay applications. People on your team approve them.

Which accounting tools does Fina work with?

Fina sends invoices and job costs to QuickBooks or Sage.

Is our project data used to train AI models?

No. Your documents stay yours: US data residency, tenant isolation, encryption at rest and in transit, and no training on customer data. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is underway.
