FAQ

Getting started

Who can use Pixer today?

Pixer is available to the US founding cohort. We keep the group small so each team gets hands-on setup and a direct line to the product team.

How does onboarding work?

We set a date and set Pixer up with you on one live job: your current pursuits, two past proposals and your project list.

What does Pixer cost?

Pixer is not part of the published plans yet. Founding-cohort terms are agreed with each team, and pricing is on request.

How it works

How is Pixer different from Clara?

Clara finds and reads bid opportunities and drafts the Go/No-Go. Pixer tracks every pursuit after that, from qualified to won or lost, and builds the proposals.

Does Pixer work with our CRM?

Pixer keeps its own pipeline and can import pursuits and clients from a spreadsheet or CRM export, so you can start without retyping.

Does Pixer submit proposals?

No. Pixer drafts proposals and qualification packages. Your team edits, approves and submits them.

Where do win rates come from?

Only from your own bid history and published bid results. Until you have enough results, Pixer says so rather than guessing.

Is our project data used to train AI models?

No. Your documents stay yours: US data residency, tenant isolation, encryption at rest and in transit, and no training on customer data. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress.
