Price depends on three things: your users, the agents you pick and how you deploy (BAU AI cloud, private cloud or on-premise). After a short scoping call you get a written quote with a line-by-line breakdown, no hidden fees and no auto-renewal.
Yes, at any time and with no switching fee. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, with amounts already paid credited pro rata. You can also move to Pay-When-You-Win after a short call.
You use Clara, Dora and Nova with no monthly fee. A success share is due only when a contract is actually awarded to you, and it is capped per year. The cap, calculation basis and reporting are agreed in a call and fixed in writing before activation.
Yes. Annual billing costs less than monthly; your quote shows the exact terms. Studio and Enterprise also have volume terms when several offices, subsidiaries or branches are bundled.
Studio gives 6 to 20 users all three live agents on the BAU AI cloud, with SSO and a Customer Success Manager. Enterprise adds unlimited users, SCIM provisioning, API access, custom AI models, single-tenant or on-premise deployment, an account manager and a contractual SLA.
Not yet. Theo (quantity takeoff) and the project delivery agents, Patrick (project management), Dario (procurement and logistics), Lex (field reporting), Fina (finance and budget), Colin (communication) and Pixer (pipeline and proposals), are available to the US founding cohort and are not part of any plan. Founding teams can ask to join early access.
US tenant data is stored and processed in the United States with no cross-region transfer, and we do not train models on it. Documents are tenant-isolated and encrypted in transit and at rest. Our SOC 2 Type II audit is underway.
Not yet, and we do not pretend otherwise. BAU AI is proven in Europe and opening in the US through a founding cohort with early access. Any BAU AI figure on this page is labeled illustrative until US production data exists.
