This is our first post for the US market, so a short version of who we are: BAU AI reads your bid packages, contracts and sub bids, and cites every finding to the page. Specialist agents share one project record and hand findings to each other.
Why rebuild for the US?
Our European product is built on European standards and procurement law. US documents run on a different stack:
- AIA A201-2017 and ConsensusDocs 200 as general conditions, rewritten on every project by supplementary conditions and owner edits.
- CSI MasterFormat for specifications. The index is standard; the text under it never is.
- FAR 52 clauses, Davis-Bacon prevailing wage and Section 889 on federal work.
- DBE goals, prompt-pay statutes and state DOT specifications on state and local work.
Pointed at a US bid package, our European product would get the citations and the risk framing wrong. So the agent architecture is the same, and the standards layer is new.
What works today?

- Fina, finance and budget. Tracks the budget and margin, drafts pay applications with retention and forecasts cash.

What stays with your team?
Every finding is a draft until someone on your team accepts it. BAU AI does not submit bids, sign contracts or award packages. It does the reading and the first pass.
